Care for the Wild relies on donations, adoptions and legacies in order to carry out the work that we do rescuing, defending and protecting animals around the world. We receive no government funding, including from any of the countries that we operate within.
With growth of over 20%, 2013 was a strong year for Care for the Wild. It was promising to see new systems and new initiatives starting to take effect. Despite this strong growth, sustainable long-term income remains a challenge.
